1. Booking and Appointments

Bookings are automatically confirmed when you complete your booking online. However, I reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit my policy or schedule.

A percentage of the treatment price is required as a booking fee when you make your reservation. This secures your appointment in my diary.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, let me know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid disrupting other clients.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You must give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of your booking fee.

No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will be charged the full treatment price. You may also be required to pay in advance for any future bookings.

I reserve the right to cancel appointments due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. I'll reschedule with you at the earliest opportunity.

3. Payment

Payment must be made before your appointment. A percentage booking fee is taken when you book, and the remaining balance is due before your treatment begins.

I accept payment by cash, card, or bank transfer.

All prices are clearly displayed when you book and are shown in GBP (£). Prices are agreed at the time of booking.

Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of your treatment and are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Refunds are not available for completed services. By booking with me, you acknowledge that treatments are non-refundable once they have been carried out.

If I need to cancel your appointment, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Before Your Appointment

You must complete a consultation form before your appointment. This is essential for your safety and helps me tailor your treatment to your needs.

Please complete the consultation form honestly and inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or health changes that might affect your treatment.

Some treatments may require a patch test 24-48 hours before your appointment. I'll let you know if this applies to you.

For facial or skincare treatments, please arrive with a clean face or be prepared to remove makeup before treatment.

For massage treatments, please remove jewellery before your appointment.

6. During Your Treatment

Please switch off or silence your mobile phone to maintain a calm, professional treatment environment.

Communicate any discomfort, concerns, or questions during your treatment. Your comfort and safety are my priority.

I maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times. Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the treatment with no refund.

For your safety, I reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments based on your consultation form, current health status, or any concerns I may have.

7. After Your Treatment

I'll provide aftercare advice which should be followed for the best results and to avoid any adverse reactions.

Please report any concerns or reactions following your treatment to me as soon as possible.

Results vary between individuals based on skin type, lifestyle, and other factors. While I strive to deliver excellent results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

8. Health and Safety

I follow strict hygiene and safety procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

You must disclose all relevant health information on your consultation form and inform me of any changes to your health or medications.

Please do not attend your appointment if you have any contagious conditions, infections, or if you feel unwell. Contact me to reschedule.

I am fully insured and qualified to perform all treatments offered by Holistic Harmony - Lanarkshire.

I work from a rented treatment room and follow all venue health and safety policies and procedures.

9. Privacy and Your Data

Your personal information and consultation details are kept strictly confidential and stored securely in compliance with UK GDPR regulations.

I only use your contact details for booking information - to confirm appointments, send reminders, and communicate about your treatments.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Just get in touch.

Treatment images may be taken for your records with your written consent and will be stored securely.

10. General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all treatments and services provided by Holistic Harmony - Lanarkshire.

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current terms will always be available during the booking process.

Any disputes will be handled professionally and fairly in accordance with UK consumer law.
