1. Booking and Appointments
All bookings must be reviewed and confirmed by Sandra before your appointment is secured. You'll receive confirmation once your booking has been accepted.
A fixed booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable if you cancel or don't show up.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You must give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of your booking fee.
No-shows will be charged the full treatment price and may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.
I reserve the right to cancel appointments due to illness or emergency, and will reschedule at the earliest convenience.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
I accept cash, card, and bank transfer.
Prices are clearly displayed and agreed upon at booking. All prices are in GBP.
Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of treatment and are non-refundable.
4. Before Your Appointment
You must complete a consultation form before your first appointment and update it if your health or circumstances change.
For facial treatments, please arrive with no makeup or be prepared to remove it before your treatment.
For massage treatments, please remove all jewellery before your appointment.
Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that might affect your treatment.
Some treatments may require a patch test 24-48 hours before your appointment.
5. During Your Treatment
Please switch off or silence your mobile phone.
I maintain a professional and respectful environment. Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the treatment with no refund.
Please communicate any discomfort or concerns during your treatment.
For your safety and comfort, I reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments based on your consultation form or current health status.
6. After Your Treatment
I'll provide aftercare advice which should be followed for best results and to avoid any adverse reactions.
Any concerns following your treatment should be reported to me as soon as possible.
Results may vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Health and Safety
I maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with industry regulations.
You must not attend your appointment if you have any contagious conditions or feel unwell.
I am fully insured and qualified to perform all treatments offered.
I work from a rented treatment room and follow all venue health and safety policies.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information and consultation details are kept strictly confidential and stored securely in compliance with GDPR.
I will only use your contact details to communicate about your appointments and treatments.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
Images may be taken for treatment records with your written consent and will be stored securely.
9. General Terms
These terms apply to all treatments provided by Holistic Harmony - Lanarkshire.
I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Current terms will always be available during booking.
Any disputes will be handled professionally and in accordance with UK consumer law.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
