My name is Sandra, a holistic therapist offering massage, Reiki and facial treatments in Hamilton, Lanarkshire. My passion is helping clients relax, restore and rebalance both body and mind.

I take a truly holistic approach to wellbeing, supporting not just the body, but the emotional and mental balance that plays such an important role in overall health. Every client is treated as an individual, with bespoke treatments designed to help you relax, restore, and rebalance.

My journey into holistic therapy deepened after my own life experience as a Stage 3 breast cancer survivor, diagnosed in 2020. That chapter strengthened my belief in the powerful connection between mind, body, and healing, and it continues to shape the compassionate care I provide today.

I am trained in Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Drum Healing, Natural Lift Facial Massage, Body Massage, and advanced facial treatments — allowing me to support wellbeing from the inside out. I am fully insured, licensed, and hold PVG Disclosure Scotland for working with children and teenagers.
